Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between business partners participating in the DIJI.TECH Partner Program and DIJI.TECH. Participation in the program means acceptance of these terms.
2. Partner Application and Approval Process
Partner applications are evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Compliance with commercial standards determined by DIJI.TECH
- Experience and references in the travel industry
- Financial status and reliability
- Business volume potential
- DIJI.TECH's approval is final and no justification will be provided
3. Partner Obligations
Partners accept the following obligations:
- Accurate and complete transfer of customer information
- Ensuring customer contact within 10 calendar days
- Not engaging in activities that would harm DIJI.TECH's brand value
- Informing DIJI.TECH about working with competing companies
- Acting in accordance with confidentiality agreements
4. Commission System
Commission payments are subject to the following conditions:
- Commission rate is 10% of the agreed amount
- Payment is made after customer payment to DIJI.TECH
- Commission calculations are based on DIJI.TECH's records
- Tax obligations are covered by the partner
- DIJI.TECH reserves the right to change commission rates with prior notice
5. Customer Relations and Sales Process
Commercial relations with customers referred by partners are conducted entirely by DIJI.TECH. Partners cannot interfere with the sales process. Pricing, offer preparation and sales decisions are within DIJI.TECH's authority.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights of DIJI.TECH are reserved. Partners cannot use trademarks, logos or trade secrets without DIJI.TECH's written permission. Information acquired within the program scope must remain confidential and not be shared with third parties.
7. Contract Duration and Termination
Partner relationship is terminated in the following cases:
- DIJI.TECH's unilateral decision without showing any reason
- Partner's violation of terms
- No sales for 12 months
- Deterioration of financial condition or loss of reliability
- Violation of non-compete clause
8. Limitation of Liability
DIJI.TECH is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from platform use. Responsibilities arising from partner's own activities belong to the partner. DIJI.TECH's maximum liability is limited to the commission amount paid to the partner.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this contract will be resolved in Istanbul courts under Turkish law. DIJI.TECH's records are conclusive evidence.
10. Right to Modify
DIJI.TECH reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice. Changes take effect from the date published on the partner.diji.tech site.
